We have provided a CBD Dosage Guide for those starting out on CBD oils.  For our other products, we recommend following our product specific instructions.

Dosage is provided over a 28 day period, however it is wise to be conscious of your own needs, lifestyle, sensitivities and reason for taking.  

And importantly, always consult with your healthcare professional before trying any new health products like CBD, especially if you are taking medications.
